When the system is in full operation, it is checked and adjusted on the basis of different sensors and the programmed software. The PLC is connected via a LAN connection to our server for online assistance and to be able to be of quick service in the event of a possible malfunction or other process support. In this way we are also able to analyze the collected data and these can be used for optimization of the process or, for example, preventive maintenance. This limits downtime and possible malfunctions.
